Doctor G Movie Story
According to the story of the film, Dr. Uday Gupta (Ayushmann Khurrana) is pursuing medical studies from Bhopal. He lives with his mother Lakshmi Devi (Sheeba Chadha), while his father passed away before he was born.
Since childhood, Uday dreams of becoming an orthopedic doctor like his cousin, but due to his low rank, he has to take the gynecology branch. Uday, who recently arrived at the medical college after breaking up with his first girlfriend, meets Fatima (Rakulpreet Singh).
Though Fatima's marriage to Arif is already fixed, Uday falls in love with her. However, Uday's desire to take orthopedic branch still does not subside and he keeps on preparing to get out of gynecology next year by getting more marks.
But her senior doctor Nandini Srivastava (Shefali Shah) advises her to work hard in gynecology and make her future in this. Struggling with girlfriends and career challenges.
